Coming from Anoka/Coon Rapids Area:  Take HWY 10E to 610, then exit onto 252.   Follow 252 and turn right at Brookdale Drive, proceed west about 2 miles.  Our hospital will be on your right.  You will want to enter our driveway which is just before the intersection of Xerxes Avenue and Brookdale Drive.  You will see Brookdale Crossing on the left hand side (South) and we are on your right (North). 

Coming from Osseo/Champlin Area:  You can take HWY 81 to 85th Avenue or take HWY 610 to Noble Avenue and go South to 85th Avenue.  Proceed East on 85th Avenue to Xerxes Avenue.  Turn left onto Brookdale Drive and take the first left into our driveway. 

Coming from Maple Grove/Brooklyn Center Area: Take 694 East to Brooklyn Blvd and proceed North to 69th Avenue (1st intersection with stop light).  Turn right on 69th and proceed three-four blocks to France Avenue.  Turn left on France Ave and proceed for approx. 1 mile until you reach the 4 way intersection of Xerxes & Brookdale Drive.  Turn right on Brookdale Drive and then take your next immediate left into our driveway.

Coming from Minneapolis/Fridley: Take 694 West/94 West to HWY 252 North and proceed to Brookdale Drive.  Turn left on Brookdale Drive and proceed about 2 miles.  We are located on the right side of Brookdale Drive just across from the Brookdale Crossing Mall.  Our driveway is just before the intersection of Brookdale Drive & Xerxes.
